No fine print surprises — here's how bookings, payments and cancellations work at JoFi.
Parking during sightseeing
You don't need to pay here and there for parking during sightseeing — we cover it everywhere for you. Parking outside the sightseeing package is not included.
Hotel bookings
Hotel bookings are subject to the individual hotel's policies.
Cab bookings
Cab reservations require a 10% advance.
Flight & train bookings
Flight and train bookings require 100% advance payment.
Cancellation & refunds
Refunds follow the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, restaurants and IRCTC. For tour packages, only the actual cost incurred is recovered on cancellation.
Destinations we don't serve
We currently do not provide services for China, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
