Day-by-day itinerary

1. 1

   Day 1

   Arrive Gangtok

   Pick-up from the airport / railway station and check in at Gangtok. Evening at MG Road and Lal Bazar.

   
2. 2

   Day 2

   Gangtok → Lachen (2,750 m)

   Scenic drive to Lachen, visiting Singhik viewpoint, the Seven Sisters Waterfalls and Chungthang Confluence en route.

   
3. 3

   Day 3

   Gurudongmar Lake → Lachung

   Early drive to Thangu Village and Chopta Valley's frozen rivers, then on to Gurudongmar Lake near the Tibet border — one of the highest freshwater lakes in Sikkim. Return to Lachen for lunch, then drive to Lachung (2,425 m) via Chungthang, stopping at Vimnala Waterfalls.

   
4. 4

   Day 4

   Yumthang Valley & Zero Point

   Morning visit to Yumthang — the alpine 'Valley of Flowers' with its hot springs. Optional Yumesamdong / Zero Point (for Indian nationals). Return to Gangtok.

   
5. 5

   Day 5

   Gangtok at leisure

   A relaxed day in Gangtok — add local sightseeing or shopping as you like.

   Departure

   Check out and drop at the airport / railway station.
